Scarlett Red Mamba Redesign - G.I. Joe (Copy)

This is another of my fun redesign series, recontextualizing the concept of Scarlett, or in this case specifically, showing an alt universe version of her in deep cover as a COBRA agent. Red Mamba, wochowt! I had a lot of fun monkeying around with certain visual cues from her original uniform, and then building the blister card for it as a composition.
