Growing up I liked the idea of Silver Sable as this international agent with all of the skills plus the glamour and the fashion sense to wear silver hair decades before it was cool. I drew this piece based on some early images I had of the character in a James Bond style formal event before getting politically disruptive. I was surprised, looking the character up recently, that Silvija Sablinova is from Symkaria. My mental map from my youth was that she was Mossad, and I realize now I had merged the character with Sabra. Ah, youth.
