Wonder Woman 1984
As with the first Wonder Woman film, there was a singular look that really inspired me in WW 1984 (the former being the Blue Dress) and unfortunately, while it was spoiled by all the marketing material released throughout the pandemic, the Asteria armor took my breath away. You know I love a good monochromatic design, and this look, based on Alex Ross’ Kingdom Come design, just burned its way into my eyeballs. I love it. I drew this before seeing the film, and in motion it’s clear the bodice hip flares are more pronounced, but I like the streamlining here. This piece is available in both a vertical cropped format, and a full wingspan horizontal format.
